Emily Tang

Emily is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on Real Estate and Probate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Emily practiced exclusively in litigation and was a former Assistant Public Defender for the 20th Judicial Circuit where she tried over 20 jury trials and handled hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. Emily is well equipped to handle any matter with understanding and efficiency.

Emily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee and is a proud Volunteer. A native Floridian, she returned to Southwest Florida to attend law school at Ave Maria School of Law where she graduated in the top 20% and served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review. Emily also expanded her legal studies by completing a course in European Union law in Cologne, Germany through Duquesne University.

Emily currently resides in the Westchase area of Tampa where she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and rescue dog. Emily, an avid hockey fan, enjoys spending time on the water and golfing in the off season.
